In the last 2 years we have moved twice and we listed both our houses with Dar. Dar was very professional - she kept us informed of everything that was going on. Dar gave us advice on things that we could do to our houses and we feel these things helped in selling our houses faster. We were very pleased with everything Dar did.

When our first house sold we were on a very short time schedule to find a new house and we were looking for a certain style of house. Dar showed us 14 houses in 1 weekend and the house we bought was the first house she showed us. We feel Dar really listens to what her customers want. When we had to buy our next house it was about 90 miles away and Dar found us a good Realtor in that area to work with.

Dar is a great Realtor and a great person. Her goal isn’t to just make a quick buck. Yes, she wants to make a living, who doesn’t? Dar’s first goal is to make and retain happy clients. This she does very well.

I first met Dar as my next-door neighbor. I wanted to sell my house and talked with her some, but being young and foolish, I thought I would try and sell it myself. Dar was great, she loaned me her Talking House equipment and got me the necessary paperwork. I couldn’t sell it, but I had an option to buy some land that was coming up, and Dar knew this. She listed the property and got it sold. It was effortless on my part. The most I had to do was make my bed in the mornings so the house was ready for showings. Dar worked her tail off to make sure the house was sold in time for my option. She did a great job and was always available when I had questions or was nervous.

When it came time for my Mom to sell the family home and move to a townhouse, I tried to get her to list it with Dar, but she felt she had to list it with a friend of hers. The friend was a “part-time” Realtor and nothing was happening. In the meantime mom had made an offer on a town home and wanted some action. I got her to list her house with Dar and it sold in a short time. There were a few rough spots with the buyer and his Realtor, but Dar took care of them. She was committed to making this work for my mom and she did it.

Dar is not a 9-5 realtor. She works when she needs to. She also works as many hours as needed to make sure the job is done well. She is always accessible and never fails to do what she says she will.

I am planning on selling again in a year or so, and without question, Dar will get the listing and find me a lot.
